Pilates Strength Classes 60 minute class that fuses Mat Pilates with Strength Training. We'll be moving through 3 timed circuits with both light weights (3-5lbs) and medium weights (5-15lbs). This class is about 40 minutes of Strength Training with about 20 minutes of Mat Pilates at the end!
