20 min Post-Workout Stretch for Flexibility

Description
This stretch feels so good!! In 20 minutes, we will loosen tight muscles and increase flexibility! This full-body stretch targets all the major areas of the body that tend to get tight and achy, like the back, hips, neck, shoulders, and legs.
For each stretch, we will hold it for about 45 seconds. This time will allow our body to relax and loosen the muscles so we can begin to increase our flexibility.
When you are stretching, you want to feel a tug on the muscles, but not pain! Take the stretches easy and do what feels good, breathing throughout! If you want to hold the stretches longer, pause and meet me back when you are ready!
