Get everything in one at home workout including cardio, strength, balance and stretching in just 40 minutes! We'll do 20 minutes of cardio at 123-124 BPM to get the heart rate up, switch to strength & balance for 10 minutes and finish with a full body stretching routine to finish it off nicely.
