My original Combat Mobility Workout has became one of my most-watched videos on my channel and I know a lot of you have been asking for a version where I actually teach each movement instead of just flowing through it.

This video teaches setup, mechanics, transitions, and control - so you can move through the full workout with more confidence.

I am using bodyweight-only, martial-arts–inspired movement to build control, mobility, and nurture a better awareness of your body.
