Steph Rose
Mobility & Stretch
Stephanie “Steph” Rose is the co-founder of Phase SiX, a trailblazing movement-based fitness brand that champions unconventional training for strength, mobility, and longevity. As a kettlebell and mobility specialist, Steph combines her martial-arts background (including karate and Brazilian jiu-jitsu), running, and athletic training into a cohesive philosophy centered on sustainable, intentional movement.
Her training approach emphasizes correct form, joint health, and nutritional optimization, underpinned by a deep commitment to enhancing long-term performance and well-being. Steph studied under pioneers of unconventional fitness within the Onnit education system — including Shane Heins and John Wolf — and has trained alongside top coaches and athletes to refine her craft.
Beyond her role as a coach, Steph is also a creative entrepreneur: she helped establish the Phase SiX Content Dojo in Austin, Texas, a unique space that bridges fitness, media production, and educational content. Together with her husband Jay Rose, she has turned Phase SiX into more than a fitness brand — it's a revolutionary multimedia community rooted in longevity, resilience, and purposeful movement.
Steph’s expertise has also been leveraged in digital fitness platforms: for example, she designed a 6-week “Unbreakable” strength + mobility program in partnership with the Centr app, blending structured flows with gym-based strength training.
