Description
Nothing is more important than having a strong base/foundation, especially in Martial Arts.
These movements are perfect before your Jiu-Jitsu or MMA practice, to get your joints and muscles primed and ready for the work ahead!
We all have a more dominant side/fighting stance, so performing a "Movement Prep" or mobility workout before your main session allows you to “even out” both sides, helping to improve your overall athletic performance.
Everything in our body works together, so if one side of your body is a lot stiffer than the other, you’re not going to be able to borrow as much power or generate enough force to support your dominant extremity.
