Breathe Well Coaching is a guided breathwork and holistic wellness channel led by Erin Wilson, MS, CES, ERYT, a seasoned wellness professional specializing in breath mechanics, stress resilience, and mindful living. With more than 18 years of coaching experience, Erin blends evidence-informed movement, breath retraining, and mindfulness practices to help viewers regulate stress, improve emotional balance, and enhance daily performance.

Erin’s approach is rooted in science-aligned breathwork techniques, helping people shift out of over-breathing patterns and find relief from anxiety, tension, and physiological overload. Her guided lessons, breathing drills, and mindful movement sessions are designed for beginners through advanced practitioners who want to cultivate calm, clarity, and control through the breath.

Beyond the channel, Erin is certified as a Wellness and Life Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher/Educator, Mindfulness Facilitator, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She also integrates breathwork into corporate wellness and individual coaching, bringing a holistic lens to physical, emotional, and performance-oriented transformation.
