A complete full body workout combining exercises for push, pull & legs (PPL) split in ONE powerful training day & program to build strength & muscle. Captain America Edition :-)
To be performed 2-3 times a week (with some variations in exercises and focus) in a full body training plan with a couple of rest days between the workouts to fully recover and perform at the best and maximum capacity for optimal results.
