8 Year old basketball player training session. The training focus is on balance, stability, coordination, explosiveness/power, speed, and overall athleticism.

She's been working with me for about 3 months now. She's pretty advanced athletically, so a lot of the things she's doing in her training is specific to what's appropriate for her at her current stage of development.

One thing that's important to note is her attention to detail. Watch her foot position on things like her lateral shuffles. They stay straight the whole time. Sticks are good, hips are down - I'm not having to tell her to do those things on every rep.
