Vibration Plate Exercises // Strength & Stretch Workout w/ Resistance Bands
Nov 20, 2025
Description
Thanks for joining me for this full body vibration plate workout with optional resistance bands! The vibration plate is optional as well. You can do all these exercises in a standing position. You can also use your own resistance bands if your plate doesn't include them, or you can use a light set of hand weights (2-3 pounds).
Vibration plates have multiple benefits including: better bone density, improve balance, lymphatic drainage, increases circulation, reduced joint pain, better blood flow and muscle stimulation. These are just a few of the reasons I wanted to show this tool and have a video for my viewers to practice with.
Please do your own research to see if using a vibration plate is appropriate for you. 10 minutes a day is recommended, but I've found it's best to start low and slow. Begin with just a few minutes a day so your body can get used to it. Also begin with a low setting on your plate. You can use your plate with or without shoes, but I recommend starting by wearing footwear.
I also recommend setting your vibration plate up next to a counter top if you struggle with balance, it will help you feel more secure. There is also a model available that has a handle, the link is below. The model I'm using comes with resistance band handles that attach to the unit.
