This is a fast 10 minute full body workout you can do anywhere with no equipment! You will train legs, upper body, core, and conditioning with ten simple moves. Each exercise is forty seconds of work and twenty seconds of rest. Follow along and keep your pace high. This is a good daily burner or a warm up before a longer session.
