10 Minute Full Body Bodyweight Workout Follow Along! There is no equipment needed for this workout so this workout can be done almost anywhere! This full body workout will help you improve your strength, athleticism, stamina, power, balance etc! This will help prepare your body to play the full 90 minutes in a soccer/football match!

The Workout Is Below:

The workout only lasts for 10 minutes so there are no excuses not to get this done! The workout consists of 2 parts. Both parts have 9 different exercises with a 1 minute rest between the parts. Each exercise we will be performing will be for 30 seconds straight. (If you are a beginner you can do the exercise for 15-20 seconds and if you are advanced you can do it for 40 seconds).

PART 1:

  1. Burpees

  2. Push Ups

  3. Plank

  4. Plank Ups

  5. Russian Twists

  6. Squat To Calf Raise

  7. Squat Jumps with Turns

  8. Side Lunges

  9. Hip Thrusts

REST 1 Minute

Part 2:

  1. Side Plank Elbow to Knee (Right Side)

  2. Side Plank Elbow to Knee (Left Side)

  3. Full Plank Hand to Toe Touches

  4. High Knees

  5. Lunges on Toes

  6. Skater Jumps

  7. Burpees

  8. Push Ups

  9. Hollow Holds
