10 Minute Home Chest, Abs, Cardio - Beginner Friendly [Level 3]
Description
A quick 10 minute home workout that trains that gets the Chest, Abs and your stamina on fire!
The workout includes a variety of bodyweight exercises targeting the chest, core, and cardiovascular fitness, with a 20-second break after each set [02:38]:
Sets 1 & 2: Focus on fundamental exercises like push-ups and crunches [02:38].
Set 3: Introduces a modified push-up to increase the challenge [04:50].
Set 4: Features in and out push-ups, which alternate between a closed grip and a wide grip to target different parts of the chest [07:05].
Set 5 (The Final Round): Includes power push-ups (or regular push-ups for an alternative) [09:14],
flutter kicks for the core [10:08], and concludes with a running plank [10:35].
