Workout type & structure
The video is a 20-minute follow-along home workout combining bodyweight cardio + strength.
It starts with a warm-up (for mobility / preparing your body) and then transitions into the main workout portion
No gym equipment is required — you just use your body weight.
Because it’s a cardio-strength home workout, expect a mix of:
Cardio-style moves — to raise your heart rate, burn calories, and improve endurance (e.g. jumping, dynamic movements).
Bodyweight strength exercises — to engage muscles and improve strength and tone.
Full-body engagement — it's not just legs or arms: it’s likely targeting multiple muscle groups (core, upper body, lower body) while also giving you cardio.
