This is “15 Minute — No Intro — Upper Body Only Workout [Level 3]” by Jordan Yeoh Fitness: a no-fluff, follow-along upper-body session that jumps straight into work and stays standing/upper-body focused for the full ~15 minutes. It’s an intermediate/Level-3 routine (designed for people who already have some conditioning), uses mostly bodyweight or minimal gear, and targets chest, shoulders, arms and upper back with short, intense blocks so you get a quick but solid upper-body pump.
