11 Minute Buns and Thighs Circuit Walk - Indoor Walking at Home, Walking and Strength Training

Description

Join me (and Peanut!) for this full length, low impact, lower body focused circuit walk that you can do in a small space, with just a set of hand weights. We’ll mix up our moves for a bigger calorie burn, coordination boosting skills, and add resistance training in with our cardio to help create strength and definition while you walk.

Equipment: A set of dumbbells (2-15 lbs, depending on level)
