We collaborated with Anna to give you a full body strength workout that can be do no matter what level of fitness you are. This session gives you the ability to use dumbbells or bodyweight, and we've included modifications if you struggle with certain exercises. This is a fun, no excuse workout that will get you pumped up, especially on days when you're not very motivated to move.
