This 22-minute upper body workout is designed to build strength and tone the arms, shoulders, and upper back using dumbbells in a focused, efficient way.
Welcome to Day 9 (and Day 16) of the Strong & Sculpted Challenge 💪

This low-impact session targets the entire upper body through controlled, intentional movement. You’ll move through a brief warm-up, strength-focused upper body work, and finish feeling strong and energized.

I’m using 5 lb and 8 lb dumbbells, but feel free to go lighter or heavier depending on your strength level and how your body feels today. Choose weights that challenge you while allowing you to maintain good form.
