This 40-minute full-body Pilates workout is designed to help you build strength, tone and sculpt your muscles, and activate your deep core — all from home with no equipment required.
Welcome to Day 8 of the Strong & Sculpted Challenge 💪

We’ll move through a gentle warm-up, progress into dynamic full-body sculpting, and finish with a feel-good stretch and cool-down to leave you feeling strong, energized, and grounded.

If you’re newer to Pilates or returning after a break, stay completely equipment-free today. If you’re feeling strong, you can optionally add light hand weights or ankle weights to increase the challenge.

The goal is to build a strong foundation — strength, control, and muscle engagement will continue to improve as we move through the challenge.
