This 35-minute lower body Pilates x strength workout combines progressive strength training with targeted mat Pilates to build and sculpt your glutes, strengthen your hips, and tone your thighs.
Welcome to Day 17 of the Strong & Sculpted Challenge πͺ
Youβll work your lower body from multiple angles for a complete, effective burn. Expect to feel strong, challenged, and supported throughout the session as we focus on controlled movement and intentional strength work.
This workout includes a proper warm-up and a full cool-down to help your body feel good before, during, and after the workout.
