Workout Structure
• Warm Up: 5 exercises – 30 sec work / 10 sec rest
• Main Workout: 45 sec work / 15 sec rest
• Cool Down: 5 exercises – 30 sec work / 10 sec rest
• 1 Break: 30 seconds halfway through
Equipment:
Dumbbells — choose a weight that matches your fitness level.
• I’m using 6 lb (3 kg) dumbbells.
• I also feel comfortable training with up to 10–12 lb (5 kg).
• The heavier the dumbbells, the harder the workout.
• If you’re just getting started, begin with lighter weights and go heavier next time once your body adapts.
This workout will challenge your endurance, strength, and coordination. It’s perfect if you want to sweat, sculpt, and push yourself to the next level.
