Get ready for an intense Tabata HIIT workout! This session is designed to challenge your whole body while keeping things balanced.
What to Expect:
• Tabata Format: 20 sec work, 10 sec rest
• 8 rounds, 8 exercises (4 repeated twice)
• Warm-up → Main Workout (alternating floor & standing exercises) → Cool-down
• Breaks? Take them if needed—just pause the video!
I’m using two 4kg (9lb) dumbbells, but choose the right weight for you. Lighter weights = easier workout, so beginners, challenge yourself at your own pace!
