in this 30-minute, we're combining HIIT and strength to burn a maximum amount of calories while toning our muscles.
i'm using 2-lb weights, but feel free to use whatever you need or no weights at all. if you don't have weights and want to use them, try using a couple of cans, candles, or bottles.
there's a warm-up and cool down built into this video, and they're going to make you feel good.
