The BEST No-Repeat 10-Minute STANDING HIIT Workout
Description
This is my current favorite workout! I like throwing it at the end of a cardio session or doing it twice to get a full 20-minute HIIT session in.
I like doing this 10-minute cardio boxing workout with weights (I'm using 2lbs), but you can use whatever you have lying around the house (like bottles, cans, or candles) or no weights at all.
As always, be careful not to hyperextend your elbows when you throw your punches.
