Description
Treat your whole body to slow, relaxing yin poses that support joint health and mobility. This practice uses a yoga bolster to comfortably support the body in long-held postures. If you don’t have a bolster, a firm sofa cushion (such as a large backrest cushion) works well, and two stacked bed pillows can also be a good substitute. Settle in, take your time, and let your body unwind at its own pace.
