I created this video as a simple guide (with no coaching) for my coaches to be able to get some ideas and pick mobility exercises for the warm up that work on the things most people have issues with:

  • Ankle Mobility

  • Hip Internal and External Rotation (and Hip Mobility in general)

  • Thoracic Mobility

  • Shoulder Mobility/Stability

  • Hip Activation Exercises (lack of hip flexor strength)

It's a good reference to get some ideas to be able to help you build your dynamic warm. ups or recovery workouts.
