Improve Your Hip Strength, Mobility & Stability in 15 Minutes

Description

Many times when clients come in and have restrictions in hip mobility and strength, I'll create a program to help with that but I'll also give people homework.

Unfortunately everyone doesn't do it, but those that do see significant improvements in how they feel and perform.

Below is the hip circuit I prescribe clients:

  • Side lying hip abduction

  • Super dog w/ external rotation

  • Kneeling pigeon into groiner

  • KB hip flexor strengthening

  • Glute medius strengthening

  • Hip internal rotation strengthening

  • Glute med walks

  • Band resisted knee to elbow

  • Thai sit
