Alright, let's get that heart pumping and those endorphins flowing with this 5 min full body HIIT workout that you can do anywhere and no equipment is required!

Muscles Worked: Full Body
Equipment: Bodyweight (No Equipment)
Level: Beginners
(Follow Along Bodyweight Workout)

Workout Pattern: 30 secs of work , 10 secs of rest. Complete as many repetitions as possible within the given time frame before moving on to the next exercise. Once you complete all exercises, take a one-minute rest, then repeat for a total of 2-3 rounds.
