HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training, which means we'll be alternating between intense bursts of exercise and short recovery periods.

Alright, let's get that heart pumping and those endorphins flowing with this HIIT workout that you can do anywhere and no equipment is required!

Muscles Worked: Full Body
Equipment: Bodyweight Only

Workout Pattern: 30 secs of work , 10 secs of rest. Complete as many repetitions as possible within the given time frame before moving on to the next exercise. Once you complete all exercises, take a one-minute rest, then repeat for a total of 2-3 rounds.
