There are 4 Circuits: the first 3 Circuits have 8 Exercises and the last Circuit has 6 Exercises repeating each one 2x through before moving onto the next. For reference I used between my 10-15lb weights for this routine, however use dumbbells that are challenging yet doable for you. πŸ’ͺ
