64 MIN POWER HOUR: FULL BODY WEIGHTS & CARDIO HIIT WORKOUT // All Standing, No Jumping
Description
This 64 MIN FULL BODY WEIGHTS & CARDIO HIIT WORKOUT is aimed at building lean muscle and burning calories for fat loss! This workout will get your heart pumping, muscles burning, sweat dripping and help you reach your goals to building strength and endurance! π This is an ALL STANDING routine so you don't have to get up and down off the floor. We are also going easy on the joints by keeping all the moves low impact. Don't forget, low impact DOES NOT mean low intensity!!
There are 16 Circuits with 2 Exercises- 1st a strength move with dumbbells, 2nd a low impact bodyweight cardio move! We repeat each circuit 2x through before moving onto the next one! For the strength exercises we will alternate between lower body and upper body moves. Included in this workout is a 4 minute warm-up and 4 minute cooldown. For reference I used my 10lb weights for this routine, however use dumbbells that are challenging yet doable for you. πͺ
βοΈ I will preview each exercise 10 seconds prior to the 40 second start!
β Remember, you can turn this into a high impact routine by adding in jumps during the cardio exercises!
