Advanced Full Body Strength Routine for Cyclists

Description

This full-body exercise is part of our Advanced 3-Month Strengthening Program. Month 1 routines include 2 circuits, repeating each circuit 2-3 times. Months 2 and 3 are shorter circuits repeating 3-4 times. This allows you to get really familiar with the movement, and try and improve your form with each repetition.

Equipment:

  • Exercise Mat

  • Blanket/ Cushion (for knee support)

  • Weights (ranging from 2lb -10/12lb)

  • Set of resistance bands

  • Pole/Broomstick
