Squat with knee rotations
Glute Bridges with leg extension
Reverse lunges with knee tuck
Reverse lunge with rotation
Bodyweight single leg RDL
▪️Finisher (30 secs each x3)
Bird Dog
Deadbug
Pancake arm raise
