Poses include seated side bends, cat/cow, tabletop spinal waves, thread the needle mobility lifts, melting heart, downward dog, yogi squat, scorpion downward dog, lizard - half splits flow, low lunge, quad stretch, side lunge, standing wide legged forward fold, seated neck stretches.
