Fresh Start Series – Day 18 | Lower Body + Core Dumbbell Burn

Description

This series is for anyone who feels overwhelmed, doesn’t know where to start, or just needs a real fresh start with their health and fitness.

We’re focusing on your glutes, legs, and core using simple dumbbell and bodyweight movements to help you burn fat, build strength, and tighten your midsection.

This workout includes:
• Dumbbell swings
• Glute bridges
• Alternating wood choppers (left & right)
• Leg raises

High reps, slow control, real results.

This workout is:
• beginner-friendly
• low impact
• no fancy equipment
• real life pace
• dumbbells optional

You don’t need to be in shape to start. You just need to press play and do what you can.

No pressure.
No extremes.
No perfection.
Just movement and consistency.

Do this workout 3–4 times per week, stay active on your off days (walk, stretch, move), and let your body adjust naturally.

Progress over perfection.
