Description
We’re focusing completely on your abs and core using simple bodyweight movements on the floor to help you tighten your stomach, build core strength, and burn fat without any equipment.
This workout is:
• beginner-friendly
• bodyweight only
• floor based
• no equipment
• low impact
• real life pace
You don’t need to be in shape to start. You just need to press play and do what you can.
No pressure.
No extremes.
No perfection.
Just movement and consistency.
Do this workout 3–4 times per week, stay active on your off days (walk, stretch, move), and let your body adjust naturally.
