Fresh Start Series Day 15 | Back & Abs Burn (Tone Your Core & Back at Home)

Description

We’re focusing on strengthening your back and core using a mix of dumbbell movements and bodyweight abs to help you tighten your midsection, improve posture, and build a strong foundation.

This workout is:
• beginner-friendly
• back & core focused
• mix of standing + floor
• low impact
• real life pace
• dumbbells optional (light to moderate)

You don’t need to be in shape to start. You just need to press play and do what you can.

This is Episode 15 and we’re officially more than halfway through the Fresh Start Series. If you stay consistent, this alone can help you lose fat, strengthen your core, tone your back, and feel more confident in your body.

No pressure.
No extremes.
No perfection.
Just movement and consistency.

Do this workout 3–4 times per week, stay active on your off days (walk, stretch, move), and let your body adjust naturally.

Progress over perfection.
