FULL-BODY CALORIE-BURN HIIT AT HOME WORKOUT with WEIGHTS | Burn TONS of Calories
Description
In this 10-minute HIIT workout, we'll do bursts of intense cardio followed by short rests. I'm using very light (2lb) weights. You can do this workout with or without weights. You can use whatever weight is right for you, or if you don't have weights, you can use canned food, water bottles, or whatever you've got! The cool thing about HIIT is you'll burn calories while you rest, so you'll continue burning loads of calories even after the workout is over (up to 24 hours after the workout is over)!
This is a great workout to do before you jump into another targeted toning workout video. It's also great to do it whenever you're feeling kinda meh and you just want to get a little energy brewin'. I love starting my day with HIIT when I'm feeling weird or whatever.
