Do this every day to make sure you feel those results of relaxation and decreased stress levels. This is a relaxing routine you can do in your pjs, no equipment needed. If you are new to yoga for beginners or you just want a gentle beginner stretch that hits everything, you are in the right place. We got this.

In this session I guide you through an easy stretch flow that opens the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and hamstrings. It is a full body stretch designed to help with stress relief and to reset after sitting, traveling, or training. Think of it as a relaxing stretch you can come back to whenever you need a simple yoga routine to feel grounded. Consistency over perfection.
