Description
In this video we are doing a yoga flow that will work on your mobility, flexibility and strength! I will be guiding this one with my voice and there is no timer for it! Let me know what you think of this new type of format!
The intention for this class is to LET GO. As you are doing this try to focus on your body and your breathing so that your thoughts are not overwhelming your mind. My intention is for you to feel more calm and relaxed in this yoga workout!
This is not about perfection, it is about doing your best and listening to your body and what feels good for you. There are some variations if you are a beginner! I wanted this yoga flow to be for everyone and for you to be able to advance if you are just getting started!
We start by warming up the wrists so that you are ready for all the yoga poses! Then we move into some poses such as bear crawl, downward dog, plank or modified plank, forward folds, lunges, twists and some fun stuff!!
This is an amazing yoga flow for working on your balance as well! I love doing these on my rest days because we are still working on our strength, but also helping our body recover and our muscles to release tension. If you loose balance, try again! Feel free to pause the video and take your time to try the poses again!
Your hip mobility will increase with this yoga routine and you will feel more aligned after this!
I also love opening the chest and shoulders with some of these poses so that you can have better posture and work on these poses that will really target those areas we don’t usually work on!
There are different flows in this video, some of them are more strength based and others are more flexibility based! I added all of my fave exercises in this video so it’s 30 minutes because I love all of these and couldn’t leave anything behind!
This yoga for flexibility routine is designed to target your hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and spine! Areas that often hold stress and stiffness. Through gentle yet powerful movements, you’ll discover how yoga for mobility can transform the way you move, train, and feel every day. I’ve created this flow to be a full-body experience that improves circulation, posture, and joint health while leaving you feeling centered and grounded.
If you’ve been searching for a flexibility workout you can do at home, this class is perfect. You don’t need any equipment, just your mat and a little space to move. This workout at home for beginners combines stretching exercises and mindful breathing to help you unlock new levels of flexibility and body awareness. Each posture is guided with clear instructions, making it suitable for yoga for beginners and anyone starting a flexibility workout for beginners.
You’ll also find that this full body yoga session doubles as a mobility workout to support your other fitness goals. Whether you lift weights, run, or train in any other sport, improving flexibility and mobility is essential for balance, recovery, and injury prevention. This is also the best yoga for weight loss, as it helps you activate your core and improve metabolism while reducing stress! A key factor in sustainable fat loss.
If you love a deep yoga stretch, you’ll enjoy the sequence of hip openers, hamstring stretches, and spinal mobility drills. This hip opening yoga section will help release tightness from long hours of sitting or intense training sessions. The stretch yoga flow ends with grounding poses and yoga music that encourages relaxation and mindfulness, leaving you feeling recharged for the rest of your day.
