This Holiday Reset Meditation is a soft, grounding practice designed to help calm the nervous system, release built-up stress, and return you to a sense of inner steadiness beneath the noise.
This practice may feel especially supportive if you’re feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated, experiencing anxiety or emotional intensity, feeling disconnected from your body, or simply in need of rest, grounding, and a gentle reset.
You’ll be gently invited to arrive in your body, settle the nervous system through awareness and breath, and release built-up tension. The practice includes the physiological sigh to support relaxation, calming mantras such as Om Namah Śivāya and So Hum, and a soft energetic reset to help you reconnect with a quiet, grounded presence within.
This meditation is designed as a holiday nervous system reset, but it can be returned to anytime you need calm, grounding, or restoration.
Stillness is not something you need to create, it’s something you remember.
