Middle/Straddle Splits Tutorial with Antranik (Gain Passive & Active Flexibility using Horse Stance)
Description
This follow along video will improve your middle splits by holding a really wide squat known as the horse stance! The first half consists of the warm up I do that includes frog pose dynamically and then moves onto the horse stance which will open your legs up for the horse stance with three, 1 minute horse stance holds, with a minute of rest in between.
