Description

Knee pain is one of the most common injuries among cyclists. As one of the most complex joints in the body, and in combination with muscle imbalance, it's often one of the first places we experience pain.

Knee pain can occur when one or multiple of these muscles become imbalanced. This video is part of our Knee Focus Series in our Injury Prevention Programming. Throughout the series we address the main cause of knee pain for cyclists, which is overdeveloped quads, underdeveloped adductors and hamstrings, and tight IT Bands.

This routine is a combination of exercises meant to mitigate knee pain by strengthen and increase mobility in muscles that support healthy knees.
