Guided meditation for overthinking and sleep to release worry and any unwanted thoughts. This sleep meditation will help you to let go of tension and make your mind feel more at ease. There isn’t much to visualise in this guided talk down. The sound of beach waves from the ocean in the background will also help you to melt as you prepare to go to sleep. I have tried to talk as softly as I could in this guided meditation, being mindful to be as reassuring as possible and with feeling as if I am there with you. I have also given more pauses between each visualisation to give your mind and body to absorb what it is that I am trying to convey.
