Youth Basketball Training | Train Along With a Basketball Player For Speed, Strength, & Quickness!

This is an 11 year old basketball player I've been working with online for the last year. He's been extremely dedicated and committed to his training. Over the last year, he's completed 100 workouts. 2 training sessions a week. There's been 1 week over the summer we took off for vacation, and a couple sessions where he was sick - but other than that, 0 training sessions missed.

Everything you see in this video is a result of his (and his dad's) hard work, dedication, and consistency. I never would have thought we could have made this much progress.

As part of his birthday present, he and his dad came to get some in-person sessions with me in Dallas.

Our focus is improving athletically - speed, agility, power, explosiveness, and strength, and mobility.

Taking the time to develop athletically is extremely important. The coaching points I give hopefully show how important small details are when training.
