15 Minute Recovery Session For Footballers | Full Body Mobility Flow

In today's session, Calvin and I will be doing a 15 minute follow along recovery session for footballers. We will be performing 10 different deep mobility stretches that easily flow from one exercise to the next. This is full body mobility, with more focus on the hips and spine. These movements are crucial for footballers to do after tough gym sessions or soccer games to reduce soreness, tightness, and minimize injuries. This session will help footballers stay light, mobile, and sharp the entire season.

Total time: 10-15 minutes
