In today's video, Calvin and I will take you through a follow along ball mastery training session. There are 10 simple exercises focusing on ball control, and technique as well as footwork, and coordination. We always train both feet and incorporate a variety of dribbles using all surface areas of our feet. We include many reps per exercise to develop a good sense of touch between the foot and the ball. This will improve your ball control in tight spaces and help you gain confidence in training sessions and games.
Equipment: Soccer ball
Structure: 10 exercises. About 20 reps per foot.
