Lower Body Workout For Footballers | Leg Strength With Conditioning/No Equipment

In today's session, Calvin and I will be doing a 10 minute leg workout tailored specifically for footballers. We have 10 different bodyweight exercises to build leg strength, power, and endurance. In between each strength exercise we have conditioning (stationary high knees). Not only will you enhance your strength, speed, and agility on the field, but you'll be improving cardio as well. This leg workout is very effective because by mixing strength with conditioning the session actually feels like real gameplay.
