This 20-minute yin yoga class is designed to help your body recover after stress, travel, injury, or intense training. You'll begin with long, restorative yin-inspired holds that allow you to release deep tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with your body. These slower, meditative postures give your fascia and connective tissues time to soften, creating a grounding and deeply restorative experience. In the second half of the practice, the flow gently transitions into slow, mindful stretching. You’ll move through postures including mountain pose, a gentle back stretch, and forward fold to awaken mobility, enhance circulation, and prepare the body to move with ease.
