Warm up – 3 Rounds (20 seconds per exercise back to back, no breaks)

Circuit 1- 3 Rounds (40 seconds work)
1 In and Out Floor Touch
2 Half Burpee
3 Cross Jabs
4 Skiers
60 Seconds Rest after each round and completion of circuit
Circuit 2 – 3 Rounds
1 Lateral lunges
2 Back Lunges
3 Front Kicks
4 Squat Hold
60 Seconds Rest after each round and completion of circuit
Core Cash Out 1 Round – back to back 45 seconds per exercise
